 APPOINTMENTS
Appointments can be made  by calling or through text. We do not accept appointments by e-mail or social media. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours* before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. 

A credit card is required to hold initial lash appointments at Bella Joli Esthetique. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment.

Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.

All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone/text. 

LATE ARRIVALS
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

REFILLS
We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at Bella Joli Esthetique – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons. To be considered a refill you must be within 21 days of your last appoinment with us. Clients booking after 22 days will be charged for a full set of extensions. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT 
We accept Cash and all major credit cards, except American Express.

GRATUITY
Gratuities are accepted in Cash only. A 20% gratuity is recommended for any service you have. Tips are based on the full value. If you have a coupon or discount please know what the full value is and appreciate your artist! Our lash artist are highly qualified specialists!

  
Bella Joli Esthetique Eyelash Extension Aftercare & Maintenance

 Do not allow lashes to get wet for the first 24-48 hours the adhesive must cure.

 Avoid steam – so no spas, saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga, or cooking in a steamy kitchen. Steam will
affect the adhesive from bonding properly.

 Do not swim for 24-48 hours.

 Do not rub, perm, or tint your lashes before or after lash extension application

 Do not rub your eyes or lashes when washing your face – cleanse around the eyes with a wash
cloth, or Q-tip

 Do not pull on your lash extensions – as you’re likely to pull out your natural lash with it

 Do not use mascara on your lashes other than the one recommended by your technician

 Do not use a waxy, greasy, or oil based eyeliner or eye shadow or products this compromises the adhesive and will result in lash extension loss. READ YOUR INGREDIENTS! Anything with Glycols around the eye will loosen the extension!!

 Do not remove the extensions on your own

 Do not cut your extensions, you risk cutting your own lashes and altering the natural appearance
of the lash extensions

 Brush  and clean your lashes daily with recommended products.

DO NOT ATTEMPT to REMOVE your lashes. This MUST be done professionally. Call us.
